Sophomores Devon and Shane Khurana's father is a part-owner of ChillRx Cryotherapy in the Montgomery Shopping Center.  
 
They would like to offer all players and coaches on the team a free Whole Body Cryotherapy session.  If anyone is intereted, please interested email Nita Khurana at nitakhurana@yahoo.com to set you up for the free session.
 
I attached some information that they sent on the benefits of cryotherapy, you can jump to the section on “Athletic Performance & Recovery”. This is completetly up toplayers and their families, but I wanted to share this generous opportunity.

Here is the planned practice schedule for this week:
Monday - Varsity lift 2:40-3:20. Practice (uppers) and Meetings 3:30-6:30. JV 4:00 game Home vs. Union.  Freshman - Day off.
Tuesday - JV lift / Varsity D Meeting 2:40-3:20.  Varsity Practice 3:30-6:00 .(Special Teams pre-practice at 3:20 for kickers, punters, holders, snappers, and returners). Freshman practice 3:00-5:15.
Wednesday - Varsity lift 2:40-3:20.  Varsity Practice 3:30-6:00. (Special Teams pre-practice at 3:20 for kickers, punters, holders, snappers, and returners). Freshman practice 3:00-5:15. HRTA meeting at 7:00 in the HHS Commons.  Raider Card money is due. 
Thursday - JV lift /Varsity OL/QB/RB meeting 2:40-3:20. Varsity Practice (uppers) 3:30-5:15.  (Special Teams pre-practice at 3:20 for kickers, punters, holders, snappers, and returners). Freshman practice 3:00-5:15.
Friday - Varsity Game @ Hunterdon Central 7:00. Bus leaves at 4:30. Freshman practice 3:00-4:15.
Saturday - Freshman Practice 8:00-10:00.

The HHS Cheerleaders are selling homecoming shirts.
